Originally from Philadelphia, P.A., I have lived in Idaho since September 2003. I've traveled all over the world as that's what happens when your in the military! We loved Idaho so much, we decided to stay! After my military commitment, I went back to school to pursue my nursing career. I currently am a Licensed Practical Nurse. Although I love nursing, I decided to further my career in a way I feel I can help the whole person, both physically and mentally. I graduated from Milian Institute as a licensed Massage Therapist. I'm able to use my medical background knowledge in Massage Therapy that I feel benefits the ultimate outcomes of why many people get a massage. It's so rewarding to see someone leave with less pain and stress than when they first walk in the door. My goal is help you! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, camping, fishing, running, exercise, and pretty much anything that involves being outdoors enjoying this awesome state we live in!

I was training for my first marathon in Chicago, and I blew my knee out on my last 20 mile run, which was 2 weeks before race day. After recovering and working with a personal trainer, I happened to cash in on my gym’s free 30 minute massage. I had never received bodywork before. After 30 minutes on the table, I realized the corporate sales world was not the place for me. After moving to Boise, I went to massage school.
I graduated from The Milan Institute in Boise in 2012, and have been practicing ever since. I am nationally certified (NCBTMB), and am a member of ABMP. I have worked with professional athletes, collegiate athletes, grandmas, corporate desk warriors, moms, super heroes, and next-door neighbors.
I really enjoy doing deep tissue, passive joint mobilization, and using heat in my sessions. I am your medium to deep pressure, structural therapist. I can custom-tailor sessions and devise treatment programs specific for everyone, and I love working with all types of people.
When I’m not massaging, I do improv comedy, hang out with my family, and obsessively follow Da Bears and Da Bulls.

I graduated from the prestigious school of Utah College of Massage Therapy in Lindon, UT with over 900 hours of schooling and clinic hours and a 4.0 GPA. I customize my modalities and technique to fit each and every client. Every person is different therefore no two massages will ever be the exact same. My favorite modalities are medium to deep tissue and Trigger Point while still having a relaxing Swedish technique.
My goal for every session is to make you feel better than when you came in. Your pain probably didn’t come overnight and it won’t be solved overnight but if you allow me the chance, I would love to see how I can help you to relieve your pain and discomfort. Whether you’re looking for pain relief, relaxation or would like to experience your first massage, I would love to be a part of that experience. Let’s start a new you today!
I was raised here in Idaho, and after having the opportunity of living overseas I moved back home. Fulfilling a lifelong dream of becoming a licensed massage therapist when I graduated from Milan Institute in 2009.
The body has the ability to heal itself and I love being a part of that! Massage works with the whole being; mind, body, and spirit. By listening to what the client and their body tell me, I apply an integrated massage tailored to fit the client's needs. Using relaxing to deep Swedish, reflexology, stretching and movement techniques to reduce stress and pain, and help the body to heal. Working on a variety of body types and clients of all ages and walks of life has been very rewarding. Some of my clients have been living with late stages of Alzheimer's, terminal Cancer, Childhood Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and cervical nerve damage. The massage I have administered has increased their quality of life.
Besides massage I enjoy hanging out with family and friends, camping, doing crafts and handwork, meeting new people, and learning new things.
I was born in Salt Lake City and spent most of my life in Utah. I am well traveled, having driven trucks in the 48 continental states. Several challenges led me into this pathway as a bodyworker.
One of my most difficult challenges was being my mother’s full-time caregiver. She was displaying signs of Alzheimer disease, and needed to be looked after. In the space of three years I learned that it’s possible to love and care for someone who doesn’t know who you are, who doesn’t often appreciate you, and does not have the will or the capacity to express thanks.
I met my wife in Boise and when she was struck with some physical challenges, we spent lots of time with physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, and specialists. At home, I found myself rubbing her sore spots, providing temporary relief. My wife decided that I had a healing touch, and suggested I could develop it, as a profession.
I attended Milan Institute Of Massage Therapy in Nampa, Idaho. I passed the MBLEx, and received my license as a Massage Therapist in 2015. My bodywork specialties are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Chair, and Prenatal Massage.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and baby boy.
After working 30 years in various careers, including Silicon Valley, Art Director and running my own screen printing business, my doctor told me to change to a less stressful career.
In 1997 I graduated from a massage school in California. In 2004 i moved my practice to Idaho.
I specialize in relaxation, Swedish, deep tissue & prenatal massage. Previously i had worked at the Myofly in Meridian. In 2016 i was offered a position here at the Eagle Myofly location. I had previously worked at a spa in Eagle for 5 years and was excited to come back to the Eagle area.
I have been coaching sports for over 23 years, which has helped with my sports massage. I have worked with professional, collegiate as well as recreational athletes.
Each massage i do can be customized to fit a clients needs. My goal in massage is to have my clients leave feeling better than when they came in.
My free time is spent reading, practicing photography, fishing, bicycling & spending time with my grand daughter.
I am passionate about helping people reach their fullest potential on a physical and emotional level. I believe I can achieve that with massage/bodywork. My favorite style of massage is a comforting Swedish massage. I also offer energy work in the form of Reiki and aromatic healing with essential oils using the aroma touch technique.
I am constantly looking to further my education in bodywork and strive to offer my clients the best thing for their bodies and situation. My approach to healing is quite intuitive. However, I also listen to what you are seeking in a treatment. Every body is beautiful and all are welcome to come and feel their best.
when I'm not massaging, I enjoy working in the yard and love the smells of all the changing seasons. I feel very blessed to live in this beautiful land. Spending time with my family and inventing in the kitchen are some of my free time pleasures.
I have been a Certified Massage Therapist for 14 years practicing in California. I recently moved to Boise, Idaho and am happy to become part of the team here at Myofly.
I am someone that truly enjoys helping and healing others through the art of massage therapy. My style can be described as both relaxing and therapeutic as I combine elements of Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Swedish.
I can also provide clients with cupping and hotstones. Other specialty treatments I can provide are Pregnancy Massage and Lymphatic Drainage.
I enjoy being active and feel that the body and soul are connected. I strive to eliminate pain and stress from my clients and replace it with relaxation.
Mary Nishimoto, LMT
I started my career path as a massage therapist in 2015 after I got in a car accident and did massage therapy and chiropractic work to help aid me in recovery. As soon as I hopped on the massage table I decided this is what I wanted to do with my life: helping to relieve pain and discomfort for my clients and help them relax in the stressful world we live in. So I went to school and here I am today: a LMT.
I graduated from Milan Institute, Nampa with 500 hours of hands on training and a clinical internship. I am also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
My passion lies in deep tissue, modifying the soft tissue structures for easier movement and more flexibility, but I also enjoy doing a nice, relaxing Swedish. I love working with people from all walks of life and custom tailor each session to what your muscles need. I enjoy using hot and cold applications, as well as aromatherapy, to aid in your relaxation and rejuvenation. My touch can be described as medium to deep and calming. My goal is to help you feel your best.
When I'm not massaging I like to take long walks around the green belt. Paint acrylic landscapes. I also love cooking new recipes as I'm also an avid foodie.

I received 750 hours of training in massage therapy from the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kauai, Hawaii. I hold a BA in Liberal Studies, was a performance dancer, an endurance athlete, Chinese Medicine enthusiast, and an Ashtanga yoga practitioner. I have worked in allied health care for 12 years. The crux of my massage education was based on the Rolf Method of Structural Integration with an added component of somatic awareness techniques. Awareness Oriented Structural Integration is a deeply relaxing bodywork experience where I invite my clients to become aware of their inner experience while receiving deep, slow, and firm pressure bodywork. The goal of each session is to rehydrate the connective tissue, or fascia, bringing nutrients, movement, and space into the body allowing for the body to reorganize itself into a more balanced and healthy state. Clients often report feeling deeply relaxed during sessions as they go into their experience of truly feeling their body. Clients also report the effectiveness of a session days, weeks and months later. I can custom tailor a bodywork session to address your particular needs or we can set up a 10 Series of Awareness Oriented Structural Integration. I also do custom pressure relaxation massage incorporating Swedish, lomi lomi, deep tissue and trigger point modalities. You can expect a calm and centered therapist who is there to support your experience on the table. I look forward to serving your health and bodywork needs soon.
